Conference Registration Information

Advanced, online registration and payment of registration fees is required in order to attend this conference. Use the online registration button on this page or click the following link: REGISTRATION. A web form will allow participants to select registration type, fees and tour options. In addition, those with special needs will be able to indicate this using the registration form. Payments will be accepted using major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A confirmation will be sent by email. Those who register will be able to log into their registration data to make changes, print their registration records, and obtain an official payment receipt.

Conference Fees

Registration fees for the conference are based on early and late registration periods and the type of registration selected (student or professional). Registering on or before March 31, 2017 will offer the lowest registration fees. The registration fees will increase by 15% beginning April 1, 2017. Advanced registration will end 1 week prior to the conference in order to make all final preparations. Those who wish to register during this period will be directed to register on site at the conference in Bangor, Maine.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cannot attend after enrolling, your options are as follows:

  • Send a substitute – make sure your organization doesn’t miss out on the valuable learning experience. There is no charge or penalty for a substitution.
  • Ask for a refund – You may cancel your registration and get a refund without penalty, if you let us know of your change at least ten (10) business days prior to this event. This will allow us to either fill your place, or make adjustments in our materials and meal guarantees. You must put your request in writing (fax or email acceptable). If you cancel your registration within ten business days prior to the course, you will be subject to a $50.00 service charge. All refund amounts are subject to the discretion of the conference planning committee and are not automatic.
  • PAID AND NON-PAID registrants, who do not attend the conference (no shows) and do not contact the office to cancel prior to the event, will be liable for the entire fee.
